CINCINNATI, OH – October 11, 2026 – Enerfab Inc., a leading provider of industrial fabrication, construction, and maintenance services, has promoted Jacob Snyder from Chief Operating Officer to President & COO. As President & COO, Snyder will guide Enerfab’s operations in supporting the company’s next phase of growth, building on a foundation of operational excellence, strong customer relationships, and a skilled workforce.
Snyder began his career at Enerfab in 2009 as head of labor relations and human resources. He served as Vice President of HR, Safety, and Labor Relations till August 2020, when he was named Chief Operating Officer. Outside of Enerfab, he currently serves as First Vice President of The Association of Union Constructors, the premier national trade association for contractors in the union construction and maintenance industry. Enerfab’s close relationships with trade unions have given the company a significant competitive advantage in the marketplace.
According to Aaron Landolt, CEO of Enerfab, “The incredible successes over the past few years were really made possible due to the tremendous efforts of Jacob and his operations team. They have enabled us to significantly scale both our shop and field operations without missing a beat when it comes to quality, safety, and project delivery. His steady leadership style, combined with his vast network and influence within the unionized labor industry, has given us a huge advantage in the marketplace. He is the ideal person to take over as President as we prepare ourselves for next-level growth as we tackle the record backlog of work already committed to us over the next few years.” Landolt added, “With Jacob in place as President, it allows me to concentrate more of my efforts on the long- term strategic growth of the organization vs. the day-to-day running of the business.”

Snyder commented, “It is a true honor to take on the role of President and Chief Operating Officer. Our people are our greatest asset, and I look forward to continuing to evolve our incredible culture and the collective network of our craft labor resources across the country to continue scaling our capabilities for our customers.” He added, “Our vast shop network is unmatched in this industry, and our modular construction expertise continues to drive huge efficiencies in the field, where our commitment to safety and quality remains firmly as our top priorities.”
Snyder indicated that a large part of his focus over the next year will be on recruiting the best talent across all functions of the company. He commented, “We are in the people business and attracting the best talent to support our growth across our offices, shops and field teams will continue to be a major focus of mine.” Snyder indicated that the company just signed a new lease on a 240,000-square-foot facility in Sharonville, Ohio, as part of the company’s connected shop network strategic growth plan.
Over the past three years, Enerfab has doubled in size, reflecting the growing demand for its integrated capabilities and ability to execute complex projects across critical industries such as battery plants and data centers. In July this year, Enerfab was acquired by Quanta Services Inc. and now spearheads the company’s national growth strategies within the industrial market segment. With more than 4,000 employees and 2026 revenue approaching $900 million, Enerfab continues to expand its capacity to support customers with large-scale fabrication, construction, and maintenance needs nationwide.
Snyder’s promotion reinforces Enerfab’s commitment to building on that momentum while maintaining the operational discipline, workforce partnerships, and customer focus that have helped shape the company’s past success.
