Daniel Earnest becomes Executive Vice President of the Midwest Territory for Enerfab’s Power & Industrial Business.
Kansas City, September 2, 2025 — Enerfab, one of the nation’s leaders in providing fabrication, construction, and maintenance services to the heavy industrial, power, chemical, food & beverage, data center, advanced manufacturing, and clean energy markets, announced the promotion of Daniel Earnest to Executive Vice President over its Midwest Power & Industrial business units.
Aaron Landolt, CEO of Enerfab Power & Industrial, commented, “Daniel’s leadership has been marked by his dedication to serving his teams and empowering others to succeed. His thoughtful guidance and deep understanding of our industry have strengthened our presence in the Midwest and built momentum for the future. Daniel reminds us that leadership is not about a title, but about service. He continues to invest in building future leaders and supporting every level of our company as we grow into a collaborative, future-ready, and growth-oriented organization.”
Earnest commented, “Titles don’t weld pipe, pull cable, or set steel. The real work gets done by the men and women on our job sites who grind it out day after day. My title may change, but the mission does not: serve them, keep them safe, back them up, and ensure this team keeps moving forward. Any success I’ve had belongs to them. Together, we’ll keep rowing the boat.”
Daniel started at Enerfab in 2010 as a Project Manager and has since moved up through the organization, holding roles as Director of Operations and General Manager of their Kansas City office. He was promoted to Vice President of the Midwest in October 2022.
