Chief Executive Officer
Scott was named Chief Executive Officer of Enerfab in 2017 after serving as President of Enerfab Process Solutions and Fabrication Products since August 2012.
He is responsible for developing lead strategies to target Enerfab’s market and align our organization to deliver based on our core values of safety and quality.
As a former co-op from the University of Cincinnati, Scott has been a part of Enerfab since college. His knowledge of Enerfab’s history, constant attention to promoting our vision and mission, and expertise in the industry allow for Enerfab’s continued growth and success.

Aaron Landolt
Chief Executive Officer
Aaron was named Chief Executive Officer of Enerfab to kick off 2020 after serving as Enerfab’s President since 2018. He has worked in a variety of Business Development, Technology, and Operations leadership roles throughout his career in the Chemical, Industrial, Power, and Process markets with a focus on EPC project delivery.
Aaron’s focus is driving strategic development for Enerfab while continuing the company’s culture of excellence through execution. His passion is rooted in technology and innovation with focus on the customer’s needs and their key business drivers.
Aaron’s holds two undergraduate degrees from University of Cincinnati, Lindner School of Business and an Executive MBA from Xavier University, Williams College of Business.

Shawn Peck
Chief Operating Officer
Shawn joined Enerfab as Chief Operating Officer in 2018 after 27 years in the chemical industry — having worked in a variety of finance, operations, business development, and executive leadership roles.
Shawn’s focus is optimizing the structure and organizational performance to meet our customer needs as Enerfab continues to focus on growth and success.
Shawn holds an undergraduate degree in finance management from Juniata College and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

Trisha Cole
Chief Financial Officer
Trisha began at Enerfab in 2010 after 7 years in public accounting. Throughout her time at Enerfab, she has served many different financial roles before being named Chief Financial Officer in 2019.
Trisha’s focus is the overall financial health of the organization while leading the finance, accounting, and tax teams within Enerfab. She also plays an integral role in strategic planning, business technology, and analytics to help drive our business forward.
Trisha holds an undergraduate degree and a MBA in Accounting from Ohio University.

Dan Creech
Executive Vice President, Fabrication – Sales
Dan began working with Enerfab in March 2002 as a Project Manager, and has served in sales, marketing, and management positions.
As Executive Vice President of Fabrication, Dan implements and executes strategies to ensure profitable growth, with a heavy emphasis on project management and client relationships.
Before joining Enerfab Dan worked as an outside sales manager with Mutual Mfg. & Supply, a position he had held since graduating from Miami University. He enjoys mentoring inner-city youth through Adopt-a-Class, an initiative supported by Enerfab that connects businesses with students in need.

Greg DeValk
Executive Vice President, Great Lakes Region
After a nine-year career with a leading full-service mechanical contracting firm, Greg joined Enerfab’s Pipe Fabrication business in 1994 as Estimating Manager. While in that position, he expanded the region to be one of Enerfab’s largest and most profitable business units.
Greg went on to become Chief Operating Officer, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the group, and now serves as Executive Vice President of Enerfab’s newly formed Great Lakes Region. This regional unit will continue to build upon its traditional pipe fabrication operation while serving to grow Enerfab’s mechanical presence in the Great Lakes Region.
Greg has been in the mechanical contracting and pipe fabrication business for more than 30 years. He has extensive experience and relationships with labor/union management and serves the industry and community in several leadership roles.

Steve Harbison
Executive Vice President, Eastern Region
Steve has been with Enerfab since 1994 and is responsible for opening our first regional office in Pittsburgh. With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Steve has developed skills in contracting methodology, estimating, proposal preparation, and project execution.
Steve first began in the engineering and construction industries in 1975. His experience at Enerfab includes work with NRG, First Energy, and Mirant. His expertise in civil engineering and experience in the management of union labor make him a leader in the field of construction and utility maintenance.

Nelson Jordan
Executive Vice President, Midwest Region
Nelson joined Enerfab in 2011. He served as Vice President of the Ohio Valley Region before being named Executive Vice President of the Midwest Region in 2017. He started his career as an Engineer at Kansas City Power & Light in 1984 and then spent 23 years as a Unit Manager with MidAmerican Energy before joining the Enerfab team.
In the construction industry for over 30 years, Nelson is skilled in contract management, estimating, and construction field operations. His experience and breadth of knowledge, especially his familiarity with power generation, energy, and power plants, gives him the tools to successfully manage Enerfab’s Midwest Region.

Eric Kertesz
Executive Vice President, Ohio Valley Region
Eric joined Enerfab in 1995 as a Field Project Manager. In 2014 Eric assumed the role of Managing Director of Operations working from the Cincinnati office and became the Executive Vice President of the Ohio Valley Region in 2017. He started his career with Enerfab managing several expanded scope projects in Florida for the citrus industry.
Eric has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years and is skilled in the areas of project management, contract management, estimating, and construction field operations. His experience, commitment to safety, and breadth of knowledge, especially his familiarity with large capital EPC projects, gives him the necessary tools to successfully manage Enerfab’s Ohio Valley Region operations.

Dave Winnestaffer
Executive Vice President, Fabrication – Operations
Dave joined Enerfab more than 30 years ago and has served in a variety of operational positions from site project management to division director. Throughout the course of his career, he has led and supported projects in nearly every industry Enerfab serves.
In his current role, Dave oversees all operations of Enerfab’s fabrication division including estimating, production, and delivery. He’s key to our shop culture and the work environment for our craftsmen while helping drive strategic initiatives and improving work processes at an executive level.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University.

Brad Birck
Vice President, Business Development
Brad began his career as a sales & marketing co-op at Enerfab in 2001. Over the last two decades, Brad has held a number of sales and marketing positions including General Manager of the Southeast region, Director of Business Development, and Director of Marketing.
In his current role, Brad oversees the regional business development teams, while working with Enerfab’s executive team on marketing and strategic planning to drive the growth and diversification of the organization.
Brad received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and International Business from the University of Cincinnati.

Jacob Snyder
Vice President, Human Resources, Safety, and Labor Relations
In 2019, Jacob became the Vice President of Human Resources, Safety and Labor Relations. He began working at Enerfab in 2009 as the Managing Director of Safety and Labor Relations focusing on his expertise in managing strategic hires, employee training & development, and supervising labor relations.
Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and an MPA in Personnel Management and Labor Relations from Bowling Green State University.
