Aaron Landolt, VP of Strategy and Innovation is promoted to the role President

Cincinnati, Ohio, Jan. 9, 2018 — Enerfab, one of the largest privately-held companies in Cincinnati and one of the nation’s leaders in providing fabrication, construction and maintenance services to the heavy industrial and utility markets, announced Tuesday the promotion of Aaron Landolt, former VP of strategy and innovation, to the role of president. Landolt replaces Robert Sylvester, who will be taking on new responsibilities within Enerfab’s parent company.

Enerfab CEO Scott Anderson commented, “I am looking forward to working with Aaron in his new role. He will be working alongside me to help manage the overall profitability of each Enerfab region with a focus on helping us accelerate our growth in nontraditional business markets. Aaron’s industry experience, knowledge of our business, and exceptional strategic selling skills will continue to be invaluable to this organization as we become even more customer-centric in how we operate, organize and go to market.”

Landolt has worked in a variety of business development, technology, and operational leadership roles throughout his 20+ year career in the chemical, industrial, power and process markets. He holds an undergraduate degree from the Carl H. Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati and an Executive MBA from Williams College of Business at Xavier University.

Landolt commented, “I am excited to be taking on this new role. Enerfab is a tremendous company with extensive capabilities and a culture unlike any other. I will be focusing my efforts on diversifying our business within current and new markets, implementing innovative fabrication and construction technology, and further enhancing our strategic partnerships via our customer-centric approach. This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing team to make a tangible difference to the organization and I appreciate the confidence and trust that the company has placed in me.”
