Scott develops lead strategies to target Enerfab’s market and align our organization to deliver based on our core values. “Success is only possible if you have a group of passionate, hard working and knowledgeable people who go beyond the call of duty to exceed customer expectations. Robert is responsible for the operation side of our business, specifically targeting the standardization of our internal business processes as well as project execution through our e3 process. “Having the right people doing the right things is the cornerstone of a great organization.”
Chris is responsible for the direct management of the Midwest Region, including our Kansas City office, as well as for coordinating planning and strategic growth for the region.
Dan implements and executes strategies, with a heavy emphasis on project management and client relationships, to ensure profitable growth.
Greg leads our Great Lakes region including the New London, WI office and is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of Enerfab across all sectors.
Steve is responsible for managing and directing the overall sales and operations for the Mid-Atlantic Region, including our Pittsburgh and Harrisburg regional offices.
Nelson is responsible for the sales and operation of the Ohio Valley Region, including our Cincinnati, Evansville, Paducah, and Dunbar offices.
Scott was named Chief Executive Officer of Enerfab in 2017 after serving as President of Enerfab Process Solutions and Fabrication Products since August 2012.
He is responsible for developing lead strategies to target Enerfab’s market and align our organization to deliver based on our core values of safety and quality.
As a former co-op from the University of Cincinnati, Scott has been a part of Enerfab since college. His knowledge of Enerfab’s history, constant attention to promoting our vision and mission, and expertise in the industry allow for Enerfab’s continued growth and success.
Dan began working with Enerfab in March 2002 as a Project Manager, and has served in sales, marketing, and management positions.
As Executive Vice President of Fabrication, Dan implements and executes strategies to ensure profitable growth, with a heavy emphasis on project management and client relationships.
Before joining Enerfab Dan worked as an outside sales manager with Mutual Mfg. & Supply, a position he had held since graduating from Miami University. He enjoys mentoring inner-city youth through Adopt-a-Class, an initiative supported by Enerfab that connects businesses with students in need.
Chris joined the Enerfab team in 2015 following Enerfab’s acquisition of the Foley Company. His extensive experience makes him a leader in the industry, and his knowledge of Kansas City and the surrounding areas lead to his expertise in the market.
Chris began his career as a project manager at Foley Company in 1986. While with Foley, he held the positions of Senior Construction Manager, Vice President of Operations, Executive Vice President, Chief Operation Officer, and President.
Chris has held multiple positions over the past 36 years, making him an expert in estimating, construction field operations, accounting, and project management.
After a nine-year career with a leading full-service mechanical contracting firm, Greg joined Enerfab’s Pipe Fabrication business in 1994 as Estimating Manager. While in that position, he expanded the region to be one of Enerfab’s largest and most profitable business units.
Greg went on to become Chief Operating Officer, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the group, and now serves as Executive Vice President of Enerfab’s newly formed Great Lakes Region. This regional unit will continue to build upon its traditional pipe fabrication operation while serving to grow Enerfab’s mechanical presence in the Great Lakes Region.
Greg has been in the mechanical contracting and pipe fabrication business for more than 30 years. He has extensive experience and relationships with labor/union management and serves the industry and community in several leadership roles.
Steve has been with Enerfab since 1994 and is responsible for opening our first regional office in Pittsburgh. With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Steve has developed skills in contracting methodology, estimating, proposal preparation, and project execution.
Steve first began in the engineering and construction industries in 1975. His experience at Enerfab includes work with NRG, First Energy, and Mirant. His expertise in civil engineering and experience in the management of union labor make him a leader in the field of construction and utility maintenance.
Nelson joined Enerfab in 2011 and became the Vice President of the Ohio Valley Region in 2014. He started his career as an Engineer at Kansas City Power & Light in 1984 and then spent 23 years as a Unit Manager with MidAmerican Energy before joining the Enerfab team.
In the construction industry for over 30 years, Nelson is skilled in contract management, estimating, and construction field operations. His experience and breadth of knowledge, especially his familiarity with power generation, energy, and power plants, gives him the tools to successfully manage Enerfab’s Ohio Valley operations.
Mike began his career at Enerfab in 1984 as a Project Engineer after spending a few years as an engineer at RoweKamp Steel. He was also Enerfab’s Engineering Manager, where he was responsible for scheduling of all engineering activities, along with project work.
As a Project Engineer, Mike worked on the design of ASME pressure vessels, API tanks, steel plate structures. This included double wall tanks, jacketed reactors, underground vessels, columns, heat exchangers, towers, evaporators and duct work. He has experience working with materials such as carbon steel, 304, 316, 2205, Inconel, AL6XN, clad and other high nickel alloys.
Mike received his Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati in Civil and Structural Engineering. Additional training courses include:
Jacob earned his Masters in Public Administration in 2006 and went on to become the Director of Industrial Relations for The Association of Union Constructors (TAUC) and the National Maintenance Agreements Policy Committee. He joined the Enerfab team in 2009 and was named the Director of Safety & Labor Relations in 2014.
Jacob’s ability to negotiate labor agreements and develop projects safely make him an integral part of the Enerfab team. Jacob has the following certifications and affiliations:
Ben is an AWS-certified radiographic interpreter and AWS-certified welding inspector. He also ensures Enerfab’s compliance with ASME standards. He holds an NDT Level III certification from the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT).

Ben graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s of Science degree in Welding Engineering with a specialization in welding metallurgy and nondestructive testing. He received his Masters in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Cincinnati in 2011, and has his professional engineering (PE) license.
Robert was named President and COO of Enerfab in 2017. He started with Enerfab in 2010 with the acquisition of Brown Electric and was named Chief Operating Officer of Enerfab’s power services in November 2015.
Robert is responsible for the operation side of our business, specifically targeting the standardization of our internal business processes as well as project execution through our e3 process.
Robert began his career as a CPA with a public accounting firm before serving in both financial and operational executive capacities in the manufacturing, information technology, and industrial construction industries. Robert’s background makes him the perfect candidate to identify and respond to industry trends, creating a stable culture to allow for change.
