Relationships with Labor
We utilize our relationships with skilled workers in a variety of crafts – from boilermakers and ironworkers to electricians and pipefitters – to serve our customers.
Our leadership team is deeply involved with a critical labor force in the fabrication of process vessels, the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers. Scott Anderson, president of the Enerfab Process Solutions and Fabricated Products, serves as the Chairman of the Employer Negotiating Committee for the Local 106 Agreement, among other union posts.
Nearly all manufacturers can speak to the shortage of skilled workers in our industry. At Enerfab, we utilize a comprehensive planning process to ensure that we have resources to apply to your project to meet timelines and budgets. Our proprietary e3 Project Execution Program includes manpower planning at every stage, from reviewing the RFQ to closing out the project.
