National Welding Month

Across the U.S., April is known as National Welding Month. To show our appreciation, we’d like to highlight our skilled craftsmen and women who safely and precisely handle our 1000+ weld procedures with ease. All Enerfab shop employees go through extensive training that includes knowing how and when to utilize certain procedures over others and their experience provides the skills for detailed understanding of weld procedures and why they’re used.

As a large employer of welders, Enerfab is proud to support a number of apprenticeship programs that allow for the thorough training of future craftsmen. The U.S. workforce alone employs over 350,000 welders and cutters with Ohio being the fourth largest employer of welders. These craftsmen and women support a variety of industries through the use of their masterful abilities.

Welding is an extremely tough profession, but we’d like to commend our craftsmen for the work they do and thank them for their dedication to delivering safety and quality in everything they do.

Last month, KC Water Services Department and the City of Kansas City, Missouri, celebrated the opening of the new drinking water pump station at their Shoal Creek facility.

Our team, including project manager Kevin DeVoto and estimator Craig Nagel (pictured here), was proud to be the city’s construction partner for this project — which will be vital in supporting the population growth of Kansas City’s Northland region.
