Our Employees

At Enerfab, the most important things to leave Enerfab each day are our employees.

We are building a safety culture – an environment where employees recognize that safety is everyone’s responsibility. We believe in this culture from the executive leadership to the skilled worker on the shop floor or the customer's job site.

We keep safety top of mind by requiring that every meeting with at least three or more Enerfab employees begin with a safety message. When safety is ingrained in your company culture, you conduct business differently. Having executive safety leadership, proper personal protective equipment (PPE), comprehensive safety manuals, daily safety meetings, and site-specific safety plans becomes standard operating procedure.

Enerfab recognizes that our employees work alongside craft workers and other contractors on job sites across the country. We believe we can be the catalyst for improving safety, but it will take the efforts of many companies and individuals to make safety an industry-wide core value in the entire industry.

That’s why Enerfab team members and executive leadership sit on the safety committees of various associations and unions. This includes active participation in the Boilermakers’ MOST program and with IMPACT, the Ironworkers’ flagship training program. We equip our team members with Human Performance Improvement (HPI) tools to empower them to speak up for safety, and our OSHA training requirements for each team member exceed industry standards.

Last month, KC Water Services Department and the City of Kansas City, Missouri, celebrated the opening of the new drinking water pump station at their Shoal Creek facility.

Our team, including project manager Kevin DeVoto and estimator Craig Nagel (pictured here), was proud to be the city’s construction partner for this project — which will be vital in supporting the population growth of Kansas City’s Northland region.
